  My attempt to place a first order here failed, mostly due to absolutely horrible customer service, but then they refused to deliver free which they clearly offer on their website. I don't often leave reviews but these guys really annoyed me.

  Probably one of the most basic indian food you can get. Very disappointing, spice balance is off and meat completly dry. Nothing traditional about Salt.

  Asked for a vegetarian dish if they could cook without cream, waitress checked with chef and said yes no problem then after waiting half hour waitress comes over and asks can we use coconut cream, i say no we don't want cream!

  Posting on behalf of my girlfriend as she's too nice to say anything bad but absolutely disgusted in the fact she placed an order to salt mindsrie over the phone at 7:20pm and got told 15 mins and upon arrival was told 5 mins and ended up waiting an hour with zero apologies or reasons why let alone any financial compensation for the ridiculous inconvenience as we had plans. I have mates who run another restaurant in northbridge who would offer the meal for free if this ever happened to any of their customers. Will never be going back!
