  Poor and rude customer services, I was trying view a rent house and made an appointment confirmed but they never came to the place i was wasting my 20 mins to wait her or him and never apologize that she or he didn`t show up.seriously never recommend this company it was horrible experience.

  Worse treatment as a tenant ever. The real estate agent was rude and intimidating to us. We were treated like fools and trying to get your bond back is like pulling teeth. They will pick at every little thing eg. dust on top of cupboards ..loss of bond monies. They show no respect to the tenants . We always paid our rent on time and left the house in a respectable state with no damage.

  We have never dealt with a rental like this ! They've basically taken 95 percent of our 1600$ bond , and that's after us hiring a professional cleaner and painter . Poor communication, nit picking at rental inspections . The owner was paranoid and unprofessional . Her partner showed up to our house without notice and let himself into the back garden , then when they got caught , they made up a Lame excuse . I chose not to report them , but now I'm wishing I did , as she's charged us 660 for a scratch on a wooden floor which is near impossible to keep scratch free . Also I'm pretty sure she has gone for the most exspensive company without shopping around . Anytime something was broken , they would send in the partner to "fix" it . Which led to a burst water pipe which he incorrectly fitted and caused us to have a very high water bill. The estate agent also billed us for a dent on the door , at 150$ for it to be painted , which if it were me , I would have let go because it was so small , but for some reason the whole door needed to be painted . That's after us bringing in our own painter and paid him to paint walls which we hadn't even damaged ! Please do not rent with peard mindarie . Good luck to the new tenants who have just signed a 2 year lease . God only knows what their bill will be at the end of that . Shame on you !
